Project:Port and Logistics Company "Caspiy" LLC was established to implement an infrastructure project for the construction and operation of a new multifunctional port and logistics complex located on the territory of the port special economic zone in the Liman district of the Astrakhan region. Cargo turnover of the future complex by 2050 will potentially reach 19 million tons. Port-logistics complex "Caspiy" will be situated in the center of the international transport corridor "North-South". Increasing port capacities on the Caspian Sea will have a synergetic effect on the development of related industrial and agricultural sectors, will increase domestic and export commodity turnover and will provide additional economic growth of the Astrakhan region and the region as a whole.
Project:Astrakhan Special Machine Building Plant LLC is registered on the territory of Narimanov district of Astrakhan region in order to implement the project on construction of the plant of pipeline connecting parts in SEZ Lotus. Pipeline connecting pieces (fittings) not only allow for branching a pipeline, forming a transition or connection of measuring instruments and other equipment, but also ensure tightness of the system. The most common connecting parts of pipelines are tees, flanges, bends, transitions, plugs and bottoms. The main consumers of the products are enterprises of oil and gas, shipbuilding, power, nuclear and chemical industries.

Project:The project plans to master the production of 18 product items, including disc and cup brushes, grinding wheels, which are widely demanded in the shipbuilding, pipe industry and pipeline construction. The planned capacity of the plant is 3,1 million tool brushes and abrasives annually.
Project:Organization of production of fiberglass pipes. Fiberglass pipes are widely used in the world for more than 50 years as the most effective and cost-effective solution of the problem of increasing the service life, reliability and safety of pipeline systems, renovation of the outdated pipeline stock. The product range includes a number of standard sizes of pipes varying in diameter, nominal pressure and strength class.

Thanks to modern production technologies harmful effluents and emissions into the atmosphere are completely eliminated, and the enterprise's waste is minimal. No phosphates are used in the production process.

Project:The annual output of 21 thousand tons of protein-vitamin concentrates for enrichment of agricultural feed and 10 thousand tons of protein concentrates for food industry is planned as part of the project implementation. The initiator of the project is a Skolkovo resident - the Russian company GIPROBIOSINTES LLC which holds the leading position in the development of the technology for obtaining microbial biomass with high protein content from natural gas. The company has been engaged in its own development for more than 6 years and together with a team of leading Russian microbiologists has created a unique microbial product with high protein content, which can be used both in the food industry and in the production of animal feed.
Project:The project involves the organization of a new production of ultrapure special carbon black from pure natural gas.
Project:Creation of modern production of disposable nitrile examination gloves with the capacity of 432 million pairs per year. The initiator of the project is Samara Medical Products Plant LLC. Its implementation will ensure uninterrupted supply of gloves for budget medical institutions of Astrakhan region, Volga Federal District and Russia in general. Implementation of the project is carried out within the framework of the government program of import substitution in the medical industry.
The largest shipbuilding plant in the Astrakhan Region and the South Region of the Russian Federation. It has skilled staff and various technical capabilities. This plant is also a member of JSC “United Shipbuilding Corporation”
Civil shipbuilding: construction of bulk carriers and oil-loading vessels for sea, river and mixed navigation areas, auxiliary vessels for various purposes, technical fleet vessels (tugboats, supply vessels etc.), passenger cruise ships;

A new metal center (the line of shotblasting and passivation of metal “ROSLER” with capacity of up to 52 000 tons per year and the line of thermal cutting of rolled metal products RUM-4500) was launched. This metal center allows to increase estimated capacity of the plant from 18 000 to 35 000 tons of metal processed by thermal cutting machines per year and from 12 000 to 52 000 tons of metal processed in the line of shotblasting and prepainting per year.
Production of irrigation tubes from a biodegradable material - polylactide (polymer of lactic acid) which is produced from sugar beet and wheat.
Creation and operation of the production of irrigation tubes from biodegradable materials. The industrial capacity of the plant is 200 million running meters of tubes per year.

Production of self-destructing medical syringes of the 3rd generation. Innovative technology used in the syringes of the 3rd generation eliminates the possibility of accidental injury, infection and reuse due to a locking system. At that moment there are no productions of medical syringes of the 3rd generation in Russia.
Creation of the high-tech production of self-destructing medical syringes of the 3rd generation. Planned volume of the production is about 200 million syringes per year.
The construction of the plant.
A subsidiary of one of the largest Russian manufacturers of woven and non-woven polymeric materials for various purposes - JSC “Gexa-Netkaniye Materialy”.
Production of modern high-strength polypropylene woven materials of Geospan TN which are resistant to climatic factors and soil exposure and have high values of physical and mechanical parameters. It causes a wide range of the application of these materials in road construction.
Creation and development of complex modern automated production of geosynthetic materials.
The construction of the first stage of the plant.
Production of bioprotein. The source of it is a bacterium to feed on natural gas. At that moment there is no production of bioprotein by this technology. The produced protein can be used to produce high quality feed for cattle.
Production of starter and production fish feed. The main specialization: feed for sturgeon and catfish. It is also planned to produce feed for trout, salmon, sea bass, dorado. Microbiological protein prepared on a special technology is the main protein component of the feed and it will allow to create feeds that are highly competitive in nutritional and growth characteristics with similar products from leading European manufacturers.
Ballast water treatment systems.
Ballast water treatment system is developed for a specific vessel and often in a single copy. The technology is a combined ballast water treatment system that brings together the benefits of filtration and UV radiation. It is suitable for installation and operation on ships of any type and provides effective disinfection without the formation of any toxic substances during the injection and discharge of ballast water.
Photovoltaic solar panels.
Production of 300 W photovoltaic solar panels from poly-and monocrystalline silicon. The panels are used in the construction of solar power plants, small energy facilities, as well as in everyday life. Also within the framework of the project, it is planned to grow silicon crystals in the future.
