Employees of SEZ Lotus Enhance Their Management Skills

Specialists from the Management Company of the Caspian Cluster took part in an educational program for experience exchange organized by the Coordination Council of Working Youth. The event brought together the best specialists from the Southern Federal District. SEZ Lotus JSC was represented by Anton Shiyabov, Deputy Head of the Investor Attraction Department, and Ekaterina Babayeva, Deputy Head of the Marketing and International Relations Department.

Over two days, the participants explored the aspects of managerial thinking, effective team communication, the psychological foundations of interaction, and the development of critical thinking skills under the guidance of project management professionals. Special attention was given to the innovative PMI (Project Management Institute) educational platform, which opens new opportunities for professional growth and the development of internal personnel initiatives within organizations. This is an international system that helps specialists around the world advance in project management through comprehensive design of process organization.

As part of the training, attendees also developed socio-economic projects. It should be noted that the specialists from SEZ Lotus JSC took first place in this section.
