Ground areas

The projected area of the SEZ "LOTUS" is located in the Narimanov district of the Astrakhan region, in 300 metres North-West of the residential building from the village Volzhskoe and 2 km East of the city of Narimanov.

The parcels limits:

• on the North boundary of the municipal entity "City of Narimanov";
• on the East coastline of the river Volga;
• on the South border of the municipality "Volga village Council";
• to the West boundary of the municipality "Baranovski selsovet".

The total area of the design is divided into two sections of Federal highway M-6 (Moscow (Kashira) – Astrakhan).

The vertical planning works will be carried out on the site. All plots will be prepared for the arrangement of production facilities.

The area of the SEZ is 983 hectares.

The free area of the SEZ is 830 hectares.

The development of the SEZ is planned in 4 stages:

• Stage 1 – the area is 141 hectares, free area for the residents is 74 hectares.
• Stage 2 – area is 160 hectares.
• Stage 3 – the area is 228 hectares.
• Stage 4 – the area is 454 hectares.

Land of the SEZ "LOTUS " can be used for placing objects of industry, transport, energy, communications, broadcasting, television, informatics.

The resident of SEZ is provided with a land plot of necessary area with utility lines, roads and utilities.

From the moment of input of object in operation, the resident may purchase the land plot under its buildings and facilities.

• 30:08:010703:106405 area of 96 sq m;
• 30:08:010703:98 area 15985 sq. m;

• 30:08:040104:4269645 area of 274 sq. m.

There is a possibility of formation of parcels from structure of the above-mentioned plots of land individually for each input in the special economic zone resident. 

ENGINEERING SUPPORT OF SEZ “LOTUS”

Water consumption - 3000 m3/day;

Sewerage network 3000 m3/day;

Electricity supply - required power 96 MW;

Gas supply - 613 million m3/year.

Leased line Internet and telephony will be brought to each plot.

ADMINISTRATIVE-BUSINESS ZONE. AREA OF CUSTOMS INFRASTRUCTURE

Customs terminal will be equipped with hi-tech equipment which makes it possible to minimize the time of customs clearance procedure:Customs clearance in 3 hours..

Integrated security system, consisting of a closed-circuit television systems, security lighting and alarm systems.

Warehouses and container platforms for open storage.

The infrastructure of the customs zone:

• Railway checkpoint
• Road Checkpoint
• Checkpoint for of natural persons
• Checkpoint on the construction period
• Temporary parking
• The temporary depot of goods and examination plot
• PPC equipped with all technical facilities and telecommunications and household premises according to the order from the FTS RF 30.04.2015 №817.
