The Iranian Plant of Household Chemicals Is Scheduled to Be Launched in SEZ Lotus in 2025

Rosa LLC, a tenant of Special Economic Zone Lotus, has entered the active phase of constructing its plant of household chemicals. The company implementing the project is incorporated in the major Iranian holding company Golrang Industrial Group. This is the first such enterprise of the holding company in Russia.

 – The construction of a production workshop and a warehouse is currently underway. The construction work is being carried out at full scale. The construction is scheduled to be finished by the end of 2024. Piles for the second phase of construction have already been driven. The first phase of the plant is planned to be put into operation in 2025. The projected capacity – which is more than 9 million liters of products per year – will be achieved by 2029. The company has already invested over 540 million rubles in total and plans to hire more than 100 staff members, – told Sergey Milushkin, Director General of the Management Company of the Caspian Cluster.

The plant will produce shampoos, shower gels, detergents, and other products of Iranian brands that hold a reputable position in the market. Golrang Industrial Group has been operating in Iranian household chemicals industry for more than 60 years, in fact covering the entire detergent needs of the country. The holding company owns scores of popular brands and exports its products to more than 20 countries, including the CIS, Arab, and other countries.

 All products will meet high international quality and environmental standards. Phosphates are not used in the production process. The plant waste will be minimal. Thanks to modern production technologies, there will be no discharges and emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere.

* Rosa LLC obtained the certificate of a tenant in September, 2019, and the plant construction began in 2021.
